State & Federal Programs

The objective of the Region 2 State and Federal Programs is to offer professional development, technical assistance, and direct services to ensure compliance with federal grant requirements. Our aim is to enhance the quality of programs and encourage the coordinated use of funds for best practices. By doing so, we support districts and charter schools in Region 2 to help all students meet the rigorous State academic assessment standards.

  • Title I, Part D, Subpart 2 - Programs for Neglected, Delinquent, or At-Risk Children & Youth
  • Title II, Part A - Supporting Effective Instruction
  • Title III, Part A - English Language Acquisition & Immigrant Children and Youth
  • Title IV, Part A - Student Support and Academic Enrichment
  • Title V, Part A - Funding Transferability for State and Local Educational Agencies
  • Title V, Part B, Subpart 1—Rural Education Achievement Program (REAP)
 

Districts & Charters have the opportunity to access contracted services through ESC Cooperatives for each program.
