TCMPC and TEKS Resource System
The TCMPC provides content and support for an online curriculum management system known as the TEKS Resource System. The content includes curriculum components and sample unit assessment items aligned to the most current versions of the State Board of Education-adopted TEKS for the following subject areas:
- English Language Arts and Reading
- Spanish Language Arts and Reading
- Mathematics
- Science
- Social Studies
- Spanish translated versions of Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies

TEKS Resource System Cooperative
Curriculum development is a multi-step process, which can challenge any public or charter school. Coming up with custom and comprehensive aligned lesson plans, resources, assessment items across all content areas is equally as overwhelming.
The TEKS Resource System can help schools bridge gaps in their curricular and instructional systems by creating a comprehensive, customizable, curriculum and assessment management system. Here at Education Service Center, Region 2 we offer TEKS-aligned curriculum, resources, and assessment items for each of the core subject areas and bilingual for one flat yearly price.
We'll work with your teachers and district staff members to train you on our system, provide you professional development opportunities and answer any technical questions or issues that arise.
TEKS Implementation Guides
The Implementation Guide is designed to support campus leaders and teachers in breaking down the TRS Instructional Focus Document to ensure strategic pacing. Each implementation guide provides objectives and suggested formative assessments to guide curriculum planning. Guides also address specific roles and actions for campus and instructional leaders.
Participation in our TEKS Resource System Cooperative is necessary to access the implementation guides.
TExGuide
The TExGUIDE serves as a bridge between curriculum, aligned resources, and instructional planning. TExGUIDEs provide teachers with a platform to easily access TEKS-aligned resources; they increase the efficiency and quality of lesson planning for teachers and positively impact student performance.
This resource is only available for districts using the TEKS Resource System; the TExGUIDEs are aligned with the TEKS RS Year at a Glance (YAG) document and link to relevant TEKS Resources.
Participation in our TEKS Resource System Cooperative is necessary to access the TExGUIDEs.
