The Education Service Center, Region 2, Special Education Department is dedicated to improving outcomes for infants, toddlers, children, and youth with disabilities ages birth through 21 by providing leadership, technical assistance, and professional development to local education agencies, teachers, administrators, parents of students with disabilities, and adult students with disabilities.
