Texas Instructional Leadership
Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) is a program aimed at enhancing the capacity of campus and district leaders to support and develop educators. It offers a range of training sessions that focus on improving instructional leadership skills in areas like observation and feedback, student culture, and data-driven instruction.TIL training aligns with Effective Schools Framework best practices and is offered by ESCs as approved vendors for schools seeking technical assistance providers or capacity builders for their campus improvement plans.
