CTE Evaluation Profit Loss Calculator:
The CTE Evaluation and Profit Tool is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the assessment and optimization of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. By integrating advanced evaluation metrics and financial analysis, this tool allows educational institutions and stakeholders to make informed decisions that maximize both educational outcomes and financial returns. From assessing program effectiveness to identifying areas for improvement and profitability, this tool provides actionable insights to ensure CTE programs thrive and succeed in today's competitive landscape.
 
Comprehensive CTE Program Evaluations:
The CTE Comprehensive Program Evaluation service ensures the alignment of the program of study, courses, and industry-based certifications concisely and effectively. It assesses the coherence and relevance of the program's components, helping administrators and educators make necessary improvements for student success. The ESC 2 offers a condensed one-day package of services. 
1.    Data and Document Review: The ESC 2 will request and review data and documents provided by the Local Education Agency (LEA). 
2.    CTE Program Support: The ESC 2 assists LEAs in reviewing their current CTE programs, as well as in planning, designing, and implementing new Programs of Study.
3.    Industry Certification Alignment: The ESC 2 reviews the offerings of industry-based certifications and assesses their alignment with the CTE program of study. Based on their findings, they provide recommendations to improve alignment.
 
CTE PEIMS (Public Education Information Management System) Data Review:
A thorough data examination reviews the data and PEIMS coding of industry-based certifications and programs of study offered by LEAs. Alignment with CCMR requirements verifies that the programs of study and industry-based certifications align with the requirements of College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR). PEIMS coding verification ensures that the PEIMS coding accurately reflects the certifications being awarded, providing a reliable record of the certifications earned by students. Data-driven decision-making, the information gathered during the review process to make informed decisions and recommendations, enabling LEAs to enhance their programs and certifications. CTE courses will be reviewed for proper credit and funding.
 
Industry to the Classroom: CTE Teacher Training Services:
By investing in the professional growth of CTE teachers, we support the overall success and development of CTE programs and help prepare students for success in their chosen career pathways.  ESC 2 provides a condensed four-day package of services, with two full days scheduled in the Fall and two full days in the Spring. Additionally, we offer monthly morning virtual chats to provide ongoing assistance and support to teachers
